S.V. Еrmolaev, FSBI NIIR, leading engineer; ermolaev@niir.ru

I.N. Prishchepa, FSBI NIIR, head of a department; prishepa@niir.ru

A method of calculating the generatrices of reflector and subreflector of a toroidal antenna is considered. The necessary ratios for calculating the generatrices are given. The results of calculating the characteristics of a two-mirror toroidal antenna with different generatrices are presented. It is shown that the best characteristics are obtained from a toroidal antenna with a parabolic generatrice of reflector.

Yu.V. Fedulov, JSC Scientific Research Institute “Rubin”, applicant; uv.fedulov@mail.ru

I.T. Latypov, MIREA – Russian Technological University, senior lecturer; itlov@yandex.ru

The article discusses the main indicators and criteria for the stability of the functioning of radio-electronic means in the conditions of high-power electromagnetic radiation. It is presented the developed model for determining the elements of radio communication means most susceptible to high-power electromagnetic impulse effects, which allows taking into account the interactions of parts, methods of installation and installation of technical means based on the deductive method, as well as by the fact that it allows you to switch from an energy approach in assessing stability to a probabilistic one. In addition, a model of the high-power electromagnetic pulse effects on the radio-electronic means is described, taking into account the location of the equipment inside the protected object, made on the basis of an analytical model of the effects of high-power electromagnetic pulses and a topological scheme for the penetration of electromagnetic energy to the sensitive elements of the radio communication means, as well as on the basis of constructing the temporal and spectral characteristics of radio frequency pulse signals and taking into account the characteristics of pulse effects and the nature of the reaction of the equipment to this type of impacts.

Keywords: high-power electromagnetic radiation, ultra-wideband effects, radio-electronic means, antenna-feeder devices, radio communication means.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE MODERNIZATION OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM OF A HIGH-TECH COMPANY

A.V. Ermakov, North-Eastern Federal University, rector’s advisor, FSBI Branch NIIR – LONIIR, head of a department, associate professor, Ph.D.(Econ.); ermakov-it@yandex.ru

The article discusses the issues of evaluating the effectiveness of a telecommunications system that ensures the management of a high-tech company. At the same time, a variety of factors that affect both the increase and decrease in efficiency are taken into account. An a priori approach to assessing the economic efficiency of a telecommunications system implementation project is shown. This approach allows you to make the necessary calculations of performance indicators even at the stage of project development. Based on the scenario approach, a dynamic model for evaluating efficiency is proposed, which takes into account many factors. In the future, this model can be supplemented with a block of risk analysis based on sensitivity functions, which will allow assessing the degree of riskiness of the project to the impact of various sets of risks within the selected planning horizon.

Keywords: telecommunication system, high-tech company, economic efficiency, dynamic cash flow model, net present value, internal rate of return, payback period of the project.

COMPUTING RESOURCES ALLOCATION IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS

S.V. Nazarov, JSC Moscow Research TV Institute, chief researcher, Dr.Sci.(Tech.); nazarov@mniti.ru

In modern conditions, the success of an enterprise is largely determined by the organization of management. The effectiveness of management depends on how reasonably and correctly information and communication technologies implemented in automated systems for planning and management of resources, stocks and personnel of the enterprise are chosen and used. The information system (IS) of the enterprise, which provides timely and reliable information, contains a number of subsystems necessary for making managerial decisions. The creation of an IS requires highly qualified specialists involved in it. Often, the development of such systems is carried out on an intuitive level using informal methods based on art, practical experience, expert assessments and expensive experimental quality checks of the system functioning. One of the most important tasks of creating and maintaining an IS the distribution of the computing power of an IS between its subsystems. This article proposes a formalized approach to solving the problem of distributing computing resources of an IS between its subsystems, based on the theory of strategic games. An example of the distribution of IS resources between the subsystems of the system is given, suggestions are given for improving the resource allocation system.

Keywords: information system, computing resources, virtualization, resource allocation, theory of strategic games.
