Due to particularly durable solar panels and reliable wind turbines the complex generates more than 3 kW. This allows operating all types of payloads on the tower around the clock.

Such station is easier and cheaper to install, however it requires constant maintenance and regular overhaul, generators are often stolen and fuel is drained. The autonomous radio complex developed by NIIR can operate for up to 20 years almost without maintenance, which makes it more economically beneficial in the long run (with virtually no operating costs).

In mass production, the capital costs for installation of the complex are covered within 4-5 years.
